BIOGRAPHY OF BEDJINE
Bedjine, born Marie Bedjine Love David in Port-au-Prince on January 3, 1998, has been immersed in music since her early years, officially launching her musical career in 2016. Despite early compositions like “Damou” in 2016 and “Diferan” in 2018 not achieving widespread success, Bedjine persevered. Tracks like “Mwen Kwè,” produced by Will Beat in the same year, showcased her commitment to her craft.
Collaborating with various artists such as Fantom on “Lettre de Blame” and Matyas and Mad-s, Bedjine’s talent began gaining recognition. In 2019, she teamed up with the promising Miragoâne artist Kadilak, and together they captivated audiences with the hit “Fo Pwomès.” Bedjine continued her momentum in 2020, releasing two official music videos for “Va t’en bb” and “Kita Nago.”
However, it was her outstanding contribution to Kadilak’s “Pou Ki’n te marye,” where she lent her voice, that earned her significant recognition from various media outlets in the Haitian cultural scene.
